at the bottom when people left comments it is white and grey in a bubble. Is there anyway to fix that?

The "Speech-Bubbles" for comments are images with a white background. Normaly the page background is white too, so it's not a problem… So if you don't have a site background you'll see the white image background.

how do i get a site background so the white will not show?? Also can i change the style of how it looks when people comment instead of it showing a speech bubble??

You can change the color value with an image tag, sure. Have you any practical knowledge with CSS and/or HTML ?

I'm not sure what you mean… Would you hide the bubbles or would you change the "Bubble" image?
