    The newest version of the Altop-Theme comes with some new features that I shortly want to describe.

    • A Facebook-Button was added and will be displayed in the head of your site if you want to link to your Facebook profile (It’s like the Twitter-Button)
    • There are some changes in the style.css and in the theme core to make this theme ready for (all) browser. It’s tested under IE 5.5/6/7/8, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome.
      Many thanks to Christian Voigt for all this changes!
    • A polish translation pack was added – thanks to Wioletta Makuch

    Altop is now ready for the WordPress-CSS-Dropdown-Menu plugin. This plugin makes the fold-out-effect in the main menu a little bit more “beautiful”.
    Note:     This plugin isn’t required to use this theme – but it’s recommended. (more…)

  2. Quicky: How to create a link to your Facebook-Account

    With version 1.4 of my Altop-Theme came a new function to create a simple link to your Facebook-Account. This link is completely ready, and have to be finished with your own Facebook-ID. It’s very simple to create a link to your Facebook profile if you want to use it outside of this theme. Look how easy it is… (more…)
